Find your way around Settings
What's in each part of Settings and who can see it.
Open Settings from the ⚙ entry in the System menu. The side menu has:
- 👥 Users: drivers, mechanics and office logins.
- 💰 Payroll: pay rates for drivers and mechanics (admins only).
- 🚗 Vehicles: the fleet register.
- Operations and Business: a page for each group of features, where you switch them on or off and see their settings (admins only). See Switch features on and off.
- 💳 Plan & billing: your TrakkHQ plan, card and billing details (admins only).
- 🧾 Business rules: accounting rules used on every new invoice, such as default payment terms (admins only).
Common questions
Why can't I see some parts of Settings?
Payroll, the Web Page logins, the feature pages, Plan & billing and Business rules are for admins only.
