Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You and your users must not use TrakkHQ to:

1. Track people unlawfully. Track a person outside work, or without the notice workplace surveillance and privacy laws require, or use location data to stalk, harass or intimidate anyone.
2. Break transport law. Plan or record work in a way intended to get around fatigue, mass, dimension or load restraint rules, or to falsify work diaries, pre-start checks or delivery records.
3. Misuse other people's information. Upload personal information you have no right to use, or use customer or driver contacts to send spam.
4. Attack or overload the service. Try to access another company's data, probe or scan for weaknesses, get around security or usage limits, or put unreasonable load on the service (including through the API or MCP access).
5. Resell or copy it. Resell, sublicense or rebrand TrakkHQ, or copy or reverse-engineer it, except where we agree in writing.
6. Share logins. Let several people use one login, or share driver PINs.
7. Upload harmful content. Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.

If you break this policy we may suspend the user or account involved, after notice where reasonable, and immediately where there is a risk to others' data or safety.
