Questions about pricing
How is TrakkHQ priced?
Per active truck, per month, based on your plan. Office users and drivers are unlimited on every plan, so you never pay per seat.
What counts as a truck?
A truck counts when it's active in your fleet register that month. Paid plans start at three trucks.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new company gets 30 days of Pro, and you don't need a card to start.
What does the Free plan include?
One truck, free forever, with the job scheduler, driver app, proof of delivery, job export and tasks. It has usage limits: up to 30 jobs a month and 30 days of job history.
Can I add one module without changing plans?
Yes. Any Pro+ module can be added on its own to Basic or Pro, priced per truck.
How is AI email booking charged?
Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI-read booking emails. Bookings above the allowance, and SMS messages, are billed by use.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly gets you two months free.
