Switch features on and off
See which features your company has, switch them on or off, and check their settings.
Features are grouped into pages in the Settings side menu: Jobs and dispatch, Bookings, Drivers and Fleet under Operations, then Money, Customers, Compliance and people and AI and integrations under Business. Only admins see these pages.
- Open Settings and choose a page from the side menu, for example Drivers.
- Each feature is a card. Its label shows which plan it comes with.
- Use the switch on the card to turn the feature on or off.
- With the feature on, its settings are listed underneath.
Settings are shown as the values TrakkHQ uses today. Changing them from this page is coming. Switching a feature off is saved straight away, but for now the feature stays visible in the rest of the app.
Common questions
Why does a feature say "Not in your plan"?
Your plan doesn't include it. Open Plan & billing in Settings to see which plan or add-on has it.
I switched a feature off. Is its data gone?
No. Its settings and data are kept, and they're all still there when you switch it back on.
Why can't I switch off Jobs and dispatch?
The scheduler is the core of TrakkHQ, so it's always on.
Why can't I find a guide for something?
Guides only show for features your company has switched on.
