Driver app
Driver app and proof of delivery
Drivers see their jobs, tap arrive and depart, and take POD photos and signatures from any phone.
Drivers don't want another complicated app. The TrakkHQ driver app shows today's jobs and asks for the few taps the office actually needs.
What drivers do
- See their jobs for the day, with addresses, times, PO numbers and notes.
- Tap Arrived and Departed at each stop, so the office and the customer know where things are.
- Take POD photos and get a signature at every drop.
- Do the pre-start check for the truck and trailer before the shift, and clock on and off.
What the office gets
- Proof of delivery attached to the job the moment it's taken, ready for the invoice.
- Arrive and depart times for every stop, which back up waiting time charges.
- Timesheets built from the timeclock, instead of paper.
Works on any phone
The driver app runs on any modern iPhone or Android phone. Drivers sign in with their mobile number, with no passwords to forget.
Which plan
The driver app and proof of delivery are on every plan, including Free. Pre-starts and the timeclock come with Basic and above.
