Track truck defects and repairs

See every reported fault, log a new one and mark it fixed.

For office · Feature: Workshop

Open Mechanics and go to the Issues tab. Open shows what still needs fixing.
Press + Add Issue to log a fault yourself: the truck, what's wrong and how urgent it is.
To close one, open its ⋮ menu, choose Resolve, fill in who fixed it and a note, and press Confirm Resolved.

The other tabs hold service history, parts ordered, rego and expiry dates.

Common questions

Where do drivers' fault reports go?

Straight onto the Issues tab when a driver uses Report Truck Fault in their app.

Does a failed pre-start create an issue?

Not by itself. Open the inspection on the Inspections tab and press Log Issue.
