Give a mechanic access

Create a mechanic's sign-in with a PIN.

For office · Feature: Workshop

  1. Open Settings, choose Users, then the 🔧 Mechanics tab.
  2. Under Add Mechanic, type their Full Name, a Username and an Initial PIN (4 to 8 digits). Press Add Mechanic.
  3. Send them the link or QR code from the Mechanic App Users card, with their username and PIN.

They choose their own PIN the first time they sign in. If they forget it, press Reset PIN on their row.
