Sign up your company for a free trial
Set up your company on TrakkHQ, verify your mobile and start your 30-day trial.
- On the sign-in page, press Start a free trial.
- Fill in your Company name, Your name, Mobile and Work email.
- Choose your Country and How many trucks?, then type a Password of at least 10 characters.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then press Start free trial.
- We text a 6-digit code to your mobile. Type it in under Verify your mobile and press Verify and continue. The code lasts 10 minutes.
- If you're then asked to Verify your email, type the code we emailed you and press Verify and continue again.
That's it: you're signed in as your company's admin. If you see You're all set instead, your company isn't live yet. We'll email you as soon as you can sign in.

Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial is 30 days of the Pro plan, free, with no card needed. You can add a card and choose a plan any time in Plan & billing.
It says "This email already has a TrakkHQ account". What now?
Each email can only have one TrakkHQ account. Press Sign in and use that account instead, or sign up with a different work email.
My code never arrived.
Press Send a new code under the code boxes. It can take a minute to arrive. There's a daily limit on codes to one mobile, so if you hit it, try again tomorrow.
Who becomes the admin?
The person who signs up. You can add the rest of your team once you're in.
