Accept a job from a linked company
Confirm or decline a job a linked company sent you from their board.
When a company you're linked with sends you a job, it arrives as a booking request. The Needs you list on the ops board shows it as a Portal booking request.
- Click it to open Pending booking requests. A job from a linked company shows 🔗 From and their name under the client.
- Check the date, vehicle, pick-up and drop-off, reference and notes.
- Press Confirm to book it. It becomes a job on your board, ready to give to a driver.
- Or press Decline and type a reason. The job goes back to them.
Common questions
Does the sender know I've answered?
Yes. Their card shows Accepted with your job number, or that you said no and your reason.
Who sees my decline reason?
The company that sent the job. Keep it short and clear, for example "No semi free that day".
Which client is the job booked under?
The client you picked when you accepted the link with that company.
