Get help from the Support tab

Call or text the office, send an SOS, report a truck fault or say you can't work, all from one tab.

For drivers · Feature: Driver app

Tap 💬 Support at the bottom of the app.

  1. Talk to the office: tap 📞 Call office or ✉️ Text office.
  2. 🆘 SOS sends your location to dispatch in an emergency. See Send an SOS.
  3. 🔧 Truck fault reports a problem with the truck. If your company uses the workshop, Report a truck fault has more.
  4. 🗓 Can't work marks days you're sick or on leave. See Tell the office you can't work.
  5. How to: tap any guide to read it without leaving the app.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 000 first.

Common questions

There's no Call office button.

The office hasn't added its number yet. Ask them for it.
