Report a truck fault

Send a problem with the truck straight to the mechanics.

For drivers · Feature: Workshop

  1. On the Dashboard, scroll to Actions and tap 🔧 Report Truck Fault.
  2. Describe the problem and add a photo if you can.
  3. Choose how urgent it is: 🟢 Routine, 🟡 Soon or 🔴 Urgent.
  4. Tap Send Report.

If the truck isn't safe to drive, call the office as well.
