Download an invoice or POD PDF
Get a copy of an old invoice or proof of delivery for a customer.
- Open Search (in the Business menu) and find the job by reference, customer, date or invoice number.
- Press Download PDF for the invoice. The first time, type your PIN and press Unlock.
- For the proof of delivery, click the job and press Download POD. It's safe to send to the customer.

I don't have a PIN.
An admin sets your Invoice PDF PIN in Settings → Users → Web Page → edit your login.
