Sign in to the customer portal
Sign in with the username and password your transport company gave you.
- Open the portal link your transport company sent you.
- Type your Username and Password and press Sign in.
- The first time, you'll be asked to set a new password of at least 10 characters.
Common questions
I've been locked out.
After 5 wrong passwords the account locks for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or ask your transport company to reset your password.
How do I change my password?
You're asked to set your own password the first time you sign in. To change it later, ask your transport company to reset it.
