Join your company's portal from an invite

Open the invite link you were sent, choose a password, and you're in.

For customers · Feature: Customer portal

  1. Open the invite link someone at your company sent you.
  2. Check Your name and fix it if needed. The email or mobile shown is the one you'll sign in with.
  3. Type a password of at least 10 characters in Choose a password.
  4. Press Join and sign in.

Common questions

The page says "This link can't be used".

Each invite link works once and runs out after 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to press **Copy link** for a fresh one.
