For customers · Feature: Customer portal

  1. Open Home from the menu. It's where you land when you sign in.
  2. The four counts at the top show On the road, Still to come today, Delivered today and Booked this week.
  3. Today's jobs lists today's deliveries with their times. Press a job's reference to open it, or All jobs for the rest.
  4. On the road now shows your trucks on a map, moving as they go. If your transport company doesn't show the map, it says how many trucks are on the road.
  5. Recent proof of delivery shows the latest finished jobs. Press ↓ PDF to download one, or See all for the rest.
  6. Invoices says how many are open and when the next one is due. Press View invoices to see them.
  7. If you can book, Book again repeats a recent run: same sites and truck, you pick the date.
