Book a job

Send your transport company a booking request with the sites, date, truck and load.

For customers · Feature: Customer portal

  1. Press ＋ Book a job.
  2. Under Pickup and delivery, fill in each address with its contact name, phone and time window. Tap one of Your sites to fill it in for you.
  3. Under Date and truck, pick the Date, add Your reference (PO / PL) and choose the Truck.
  4. Under Load and notes, say What's on the truck and add any Notes for the driver.
  5. Tick Save this delivery site for next time if you'll use it again, and give it a name.
  6. Press Send booking request →.

Common questions

I can't see Book a job.

Booking from the portal is turned on by your transport company. Ask them to switch it on for you.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

No. Your transport company confirms every request. It shows as **Confirmed** under **Your requests**, with a link to the job.

Where's the price?

No price is shown when you book. Your agreed rates apply as usual.
