Check your booking requests
See every request you've sent and whether it's been confirmed.
- Open Book a job and look at Your requests beside the form, or press See all.
- Each request shows when you sent it, the date, your reference, the truck, the route and its status.
- Once it's Confirmed, press view job to follow it like any other job.
Common questions
My request says Declined.
Your transport company couldn't take that one. Contact them to sort out another day or truck.
