See your connections to other software
What each card on the Connections page means, and which ones you can use today.
- Open Settings and choose Connections under Company.
- The cards are grouped: Accounting, Email, GPS and telematics, Payroll, Messaging, Automation and developers and Import and export.
- Check the label on each card.
- Connected: your company is linked to it. The account name shows beside it. Press Manage to change its settings.
- On: a built-in feature that's switched on, like the TrakkHQ Driver app. Press Manage to change its settings.
- Not connected: you can set it up now. Press the button on the card.
- Coming soon: not available yet. The button is greyed out.
Connect to AI at the top of the page is also marked Coming soon.

Common questions
How do I connect Xero?
Open Connections and look at the Xero card. If it says Connected, press Manage to set the Xero accounts, tax type and payment terms in Business rules. If it says Coming soon, Xero can't be connected from this page yet.
What does "Coming soon" mean?
That connection isn't ready yet, so its button is greyed out. The card changes by itself once it's available.
Why can't I see Connections in Settings?
Only admins see it.
