Arrive and depart at each stop
Tap the big button at each step so the times are recorded.
The big button at the bottom of the job always shows your next step.
- ▶ Start Job when you leave.
- 📍 Arrive Pickup when you get there, and 🚛 Depart Pickup when you leave loaded. Take a photo of the load first.
- 📍 Arrive Drop-off at the delivery.
- ✅ Complete Delivery when it's unloaded, and fill in the proof of delivery.
Each tap asks you to confirm. On jobs with several stops, the buttons are numbered (Arrive Pickup 1, Arrive Drop 2 and so on).
Why it matters: these times are how the job is billed and how waiting time is worked out, so tap them when it happens, not later.
Common questions
I tapped a step by mistake.
Tap ↩ Undo last step straight away.
I forgot to tap Arrive. Can I fix the time?
Yes. Open Progress on the job and tap ✏️ next to the time, unless the office has locked it.
What if I have no phone signal?
Tap as normal. The time is saved on your phone and sent when you're back in coverage.
Why does it want a photo before I leave the pickup?
A photo of the load is required before Depart Pickup. Take it on the Notes & Photos tab.
