Take POD photos and a signature

Record who received the load, a photo and (for some customers) a signature.

For drivers · Feature: Proof of delivery

  1. At the drop-off, tap ✅ Complete Delivery (or ✍️ Collect POD if the job shows it).
  2. Type the name under Received by (name).
  3. Tap Tap to take POD photo and photograph the delivered load.
  4. If a signature box shows, have the receiver sign it.
  5. Tap Submit & Complete.

Add extra photos or a note on the job's Notes & Photos tab.

Common questions

Why is Submit & Complete greyed out?

Something required is missing. You need the receiver's name and a photo, and a signature for customers that ask for one.

Nobody is on site to sign.

Call the office. They can complete the delivery from the board.
