Track a delivery from a link
The live tracking link sent by message when your load is picked up.
When the driver arrives at the pick-up, your contacts get a message with a tracking link.
- Open the link. No sign-in is needed.
- The map shows the truck, the Estimated arrival and your driver's name.
- When the load is delivered, the page says Delivery complete.
Common questions
The link says it has expired.
Links stop working once the delivery is complete. Sign in to the portal to see past jobs.
How does the office turn tracking links on?
On the Clients page, open the customer and switch on Tracking links enabled under Live Tracking, then add the contacts who should get them.
