What the "Still waiting" timer means
Why a red timer appears on a job card, and when it clears.
When a driver taps Arrive at a stop, TrakkHQ starts counting. If they're still there after 30 minutes, a red STILL WAITING chip appears on the job card with the stop name and how long they've been on site.
- Look for the red chip on the Operations board.
- Call the driver or the site if the wait is unexpected.
- The chip clears by itself when the driver taps Depart.
Time on site beyond the customer's free waiting time is usually billable, so the timer is a good prompt to check the waiting charge on the invoice.
The timer doesn't show on cancelled, draft, delivered or invoiced jobs.

Why is a job card showing a red timer?
The driver tapped Arrive at a stop more than 30 minutes ago and hasn't departed yet. The timer counts from their arrival.
Does refreshing the page reset the timer?
No. It's counted from the arrival time the driver recorded, not from when you opened the page.
