Do your pre-start check

Inspect the truck and record it before your shift.

For drivers · Feature: Pre-start checks

  1. On the Dashboard, tap Start › on the Pre-Start Inspection banner.
  2. Fill in the Truck Registration, and choose Pre-Shift.
  3. Mark each item Pass or Fail. A fail needs a comment and a photo.
  4. Note any external damage, and take 3 or 4 general photos of the truck.
  5. Tick the three declarations and tap Submit Inspection.

Common questions

Something failed. What happens?

Choose Fail, describe it and take a photo. The office and workshop can see it. If the truck isn't safe to drive, call the office before you go.

Do I have to do it every day?

Yes, before every shift. The orange banner stays until you've done it.
