For office · Feature: GPS tracking

  1. Open Tracking.
  2. The Fleet list on the left shows each truck as Moving, Stationary or Offline, with when it last reported.
  3. Click a truck to centre the map on it. Use the city tabs or the tick boxes to show only some trucks.

The map refreshes every 30 seconds.

Common questions

A truck shows Offline. What does that mean?

Its tracker hasn't sent a position recently. It may be switched off, out of coverage or unplugged.
