Invoices held for a check
What the panels at the top of Invoices mean and how to clear them.
Some drafts need a decision before they're sent. They appear in panels above the list:
- ⚠ Cancelled, awaiting invoice: jobs cancelled after work started. Press Invoice to build a draft, or Close without billing.
- ⏸ Held by the billing pre-flight: something looks off, such as a price that doesn't match the rate card. Open the draft to fix it, or press Approve anyway… and give a reason.
- ⏱ Depot start, over the 90-minute cap: the start time looks too early. Press Apply to use the suggested time or Dismiss to keep it.
Common questions
A cancelled job is showing in Invoices. Why?
Work had started before it was cancelled, so it may be billable. Press Invoice to bill it or Close without billing.
