Find an old job or invoice

Search past jobs by reference, customer, date, address or invoice number.

For office

  1. Open Search (in the Business menu).
  2. Type in any of the boxes: PO / Reference, Customer, Job date, Address or Invoice #. The list filters as you type.
  3. Click a job to see its details and press Download POD for the proof of delivery.

Common questions

Why does it ask for a PIN to download an invoice?

Invoice PDFs need your PDF PIN. An admin sets it for you in Settings → Users → Web Page.
