See when rego and services fall due

The Expiry Calendar shows each truck's registration expiry and service due dates, month by month.

For office · Feature: Compliance

  1. Open Mechanics and choose the Expiry Calendar tab.
  2. You'll see last month, this month (marked Now) and the next four months. Each truck's rego expiry sits in its month with the days left, or Expired.
  3. Service due dates show in the same months as OVERDUE, Unknown, Due soon or OK.
  4. Click a rego next to its expiry to open the truck's details. Update Registration Expiry after a renewal and press Save Changes.

A month with nothing due says No expiries.

Common questions

Why does a service say Unknown?

No service has been recorded for that truck, so it's treated as due now until one is.

A truck's rego isn't on the calendar.

It has no Registration Expiry yet. Add it on the truck's details in the Registration tab.

An overdue service from months ago isn't in its month.

Overdue services are moved into this month, with their real date shown, so they never drop off the calendar.

How do I keep a car we don't service off the calendar?

Open its details and tick "No service tracking — keep off the service compliance board". Nothing is deleted, and you can untick it later.
