Type your mobile number, then the 6-digit code we text you. You stay signed in for 30 days.

For drivers, mechanics · Feature: Driver app

  1. Open the app. You'll see Sign in.
  2. Type your number in Mobile number and tap Text me a code.
  3. We text you a 6-digit code. Type it in the boxes and tap Sign in.
  4. No text? Tap Send a new code. Typed the wrong number? Tap Use a different number.
  5. You may be asked to use Face ID next time. Tap Turn on Face ID or Not now. On Android it asks about your fingerprint instead.

You stay signed in on that phone for 30 days. Mechanics sign in the same way and go straight to the mechanic app.

To sign out of the driver app, tap ⚙️, then Sign out.

Common questions

The code didn't come.

Wait a minute, then tap Send a new code. The text only goes to the mobile number the office has on your details, so if your number has changed, call the office.

It says the code isn't right.

Check the latest text and type it again. Asking for a new code cancels the old one, so always use the newest. A code lasts 10 minutes.

Why do I have to sign in again?

You stay signed in on that phone for 30 days. After that, sign in with a new code.
