Add your trucks

Put each truck in the fleet register so drivers can pick it when they clock on.

For office · Feature: Fleet register

Open Settings and choose 🚗 Vehicles.
On the Fleet card, press + Add Vehicle.
Type the Rego, the Make / Model, and choose the Type and Region.
Press Add.
To record the usual driver, the rego expiry or notes, click the truck and edit it.

The trucks you add are the ones drivers choose from when they clock on.

Common questions

Why can't a driver find their truck when clocking on?

The list comes from the fleet register. Add the truck under Settings → Vehicles and it appears in the driver app straight away.

Can I record when the rego is due?

Yes. Edit the vehicle and fill in Rego Expiry.
