Looking for a MyTrucking alternative? How TrakkHQ compares

MyTrucking is a good product. It's been around for about nine years, it's a Xero add-on partner, and it has strong reviews. If it works for you, keep it. This page is for carriers who've outgrown it, or who need things it doesn't list, like a customer portal for their customers.

We've only used what MyTrucking publishes on its own website and on Capterra Australia, as at 15 October 2026. If something here is out of date, email [email protected] and we'll fix it.

Price for an 18-truck fleet

MyTrucking charges A$70 a vehicle a month for the first 5 vehicles, then A$40, which comes to about A$870 a month for 18 trucks. TrakkHQ's plans are on our pricing page. Every TrakkHQ plan includes unlimited office users and drivers.

Where MyTrucking is stronger

It has years of customers, a long review history and an EROAD connection for running costs per truck. If those matter most to you, it's a safe choice.

Where TrakkHQ is stronger

TrakkHQ was built inside TLH, a Melbourne carrier running semis and crane trucks on steel and building jobs. It covers the whole job in one place: the booking email, the driver's PODs, a portal your customers log in to, and the Xero invoice, with RCTI for your subbies coming soon. And you never pay per user.
